蔡筱薇擁有成功大學政治經濟研究所碩士與台南應用科技大學藝術學學士的雙重專業，曾任第三、四屆台南市議員、議會民進黨團幹事長、立委林俊憲辦公室主任與民進黨全國黨代表，並多次獲評優質議員。她以理性專業問政，以人文溫度服務鄉親。Tsai Hsiao-wei holds a Master's in Political Economy from NCKU and a Bachelor's in Fine Arts from Tainan University of Technology. She has served as a two-term Tainan City Councilor, DPP caucus secretary-general, chief of staff to Legislator Lin Chun-hsien, and DPP national delegate, and has been repeatedly recognized as an outstanding councilor.
