蔡筱薇在台南出生、成長，深知這座古都的美好與課題。她相信政治不是口號，而是把每一件小事做到位——讓長者被照顧、讓青年有舞台、讓城市既保有文化底蘊，也走向智慧永續。Born and raised in Tainan, Hsiao-wei knows both the beauty and the challenges of this old capital. She believes politics is not about slogans but about getting the small things right — caring for seniors, giving youth a stage, and letting the city keep its culture while moving toward a smart, sustainable future.
「好的，就繼續。堅定向前。」是她對鄉親的承諾，也是她問政的態度：把對的事做好、做久、做到讓人民有感。"Good work, so let's continue. Forward with resolve." — this is her promise to residents and her attitude in office: to do the right things well, consistently, and in ways people can feel.
